They should really improve the furniture in the rooms. or maybe just burn it all.

All drinks local Bulgarian were free ! Loved the pool the weather and the place!

They wouldn't let you take drinks to pool and staff could get angry about this.

The swimming pool was clean, the breakfast was good. Free wireless is available.

Room was spacious and the pool was good. the hotel had a great location, close to the center of the city. the pool was a highlight and it was open 24h.

Breakfast was not good, poor in quality and quantity. the pool was not safe, there were no signs indicating how deep it was nor any warnings about the boiling water that could be a hazard.

The view is extraodinary and also the serenity of the surounding area.

You can use the sauna or have a massage until 4 o'clock in the afternoon while it would be more proper to do these kind of activities after 4 o'clock.And the curtains of the rooms are very transparent not allowing to exclude light whenever you want.

The hotel is situated in a breathtaking location, with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The pools, indoor, and outdoor were very well maintained and offered a great way to relax after a day of exploring. , the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries.

The breakfast options were slightly limited and not up to the same standard as other hotels in the area. The dinner, although flavorful, could've been presented better.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent with the hotel being very near to the city park, and just a short distance away from the city center. The hotel facilities were remarkable, particularly the spacious indoor and outdoor pools. It was lovely to have the option to swim in the warm mineral pool at night and admire the panoramic view of the city's hilly surroundings. Additionally, there was always enough room to park our vehicle, and the staff were helpful and available whenever we needed assistance.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, as it is surrounded by forest and just across the road from the beautiful St. Vrach park. I particularly loved the amazing pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The tranquil atmosphere was perfect for relaxation.

All in all, this hotel provided a pleasant experience and there is very little that could be improved.
